Maine law allows two paths: a “Letter of Intent” (Option 1) or enrolling with a REPS (Option 2). As a REPS, Freedom Academy files the necessary paperwork on your behalf — so you can focus on teaching, not bureaucracy.

Enjoy private-school privileges while educating at home, with progress reports, student I.D.s, transcripts, and diplomas available.
